Our Process, Thoughtfully Guided
Step 01
Pick Your Design
You can select the pieces you need, from a single invitation to a full suite with multiple inserts. No matter your selection, envelope addressing is thoughtfully handled for you.
Step 02
Personalize
Personalize the first impression with considered color and tactile details such as wax seals, letterpress printing, or silk ribbon.
Step 03
ORDER PLACED & STYLE MEETING
After you place your order, we will review the details and send a brief questionnaire to gather your event information. We will also schedule a style meeting to review your design together and answer any questions about your invitations or coordinating day-of paper.
Step 04
DESIGN WORK BEGINS
Once your order is confirmed, we begin refining your invitation suite. We will finalize the color palette and send a digital proof for your review. You will receive up to three rounds of revisions to ensure everything feels just right. After final approval, your invitations will move into production.
Step 05
Production
Digital printing typically takes about three weeks, while specialty printing methods may require an additional week. Once your invitations arrive back at the studio, each piece is carefully reviewed to ensure quality and consistency.
Step 06
Shipping & Delivery
Your invitation suites will be shipped directly to you and delivered at least one week before your planned mailing date. We typically recommend mailing invitations ten to twelve weeks before your wedding day.
